Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using LabSpin. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an instructor account, redeeming an access code, or otherwise accessing LabSpin, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms of Service in full.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use LabSpin only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:
• Use the platform to distribute malware, conduct attacks, or engage in any illegal activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' sessions, virtual machines, or data.
• Share access credentials with individuals outside the intended lab session.
• Use the provisioned virtual machines to mine cryptocurrency, send spam, or run persistent services after the session ends.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for any violation of these terms.
3. Data Handling
We collect and process only the data necessary to operate the platform. Lab session credentials and virtual machine access details are automatically deleted 4 hours after session creation.

4. Limitation of Liability
LabSpin is provided as-is during the beta period without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for:
• Loss of data, work, or progress during a lab session.
• Downtime or delays caused by cloud infrastructure providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of LabSpin shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if the service was provided free of charge).
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to LabSpin at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or if we decide to discontinue the service.
You may stop using the platform at any time. Instructor accounts can be removed by contacting us directly.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered instructors of material changes via email.
Your continued use of LabSpin after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
